Cynthia acted for defendants in High Court, District Court, and Magistrates Courts’ proceedings.

 

She is also Advocate in Magistrates Courts’ proceedings including plea of mitigation.  She has acted for defendants in SFC proceedings and ICAC proceedings. Cynthia is a former Panel Solicitor, Legal Aid Department and Former Panel Duty Lawyer, Duty Lawyer Scheme and Free Legal Advice Scheme run by the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society Mediation Scheme
