Cynthia has close to 20 years of experience advising on matrimonial matters, including areas of practice such as separation, divorce, children's issues including Custody, Care and Control, and other parenting disputes, jurisdiction issues, custody and disputes relating to children including removal of children from Hong Kong, financial arrangements for spouse and children and claims under the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap. 13).

She also has expertise in preparing pre and postnuptial agreements that involve high net worth individuals.
